The front nine includes three par-3s and back-to-back par-5s on Nos. 6 and 7, both of which are slight dogleg-right holes. Only the starting hole provides a dogleg-left on the front nine while Nos. 12 and 17, both par-4s, offer the right-to-left flight on the back nine. The par-5 16th and the par-4 18th are the only dogleg-right holes on the back nine. Water comes into play on four holes throughout the course, most notably protecting the left side of holes No. 12 and 16. Most of the 36 greenside bunkers protect the front nine while there are also a few strategically-placed fairway bunkers.
