GolfNow Worry-Free Tee Times™ - Terms & Conditions

Life happens, but with Tee Time Protection, active GolfPass+ Annual members can cancel their reservation online at any time, for any reason, up to one (1) hour prior to the date and time of play, without penalty, up to twelve (12) times per year of Your membership. You will receive a GolfNow credit of your greens fees that will be automatically applied to your GolfNow account and can be found under your Account Payment options.

GolfNow Tee Time Protection Tee Times Terms & Conditions

• Golfer must be actively enrolled in the GolfPass+ Annual program and be logged in when booking to be eligible for Tee Time Protection. Reservations booked as a "Guest" do not qualify as Tee Time Protection and are subject to the course's cancellation policy.
• Tee Time Protection is only available on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow mobile app.
• Tee Time Protection supersedes any course cancellation policy for GolfPass+ Annual members.
• Golfers must cancel online via GolfNow.com or GolfNow Mobile App at least one (1) hour prior to their scheduled tee time for up to twelve (12) times per year of Your membership. If the golfer does not submit a cancellation request to GolfNow either by calling the GolfPass+ Annual exclusive support line or online one (1) hour or more before the scheduled tee time, they will be charged as a "No-Show" under the course's No-Show policy.
• Only one cancellation or modification per course, per reservation, per play date is permitted; this includes a reduction in the number of golfers in a tee time reservation. If the tee time reservation is within one hour of time of play and the golf course is closed, please contact a GolfNow representative.
• Tee Time Protection includes both full and partial tee time cancellations.
• Golfers will be fully refunded any prepaid amounts. Refunds will be in the form of a GolfNow credit that applies to their GolfNow account. GolfNow credits can be used toward their next tee time reservation.
• GolfNow credits expire six (6) months after the issue date.
• If any rewards were applied during the checkout process, they will be reactivated.
• Any reservations made prior to becoming a GolfPass+ Annual member are not eligible for Tee Time Protection or modification.
• Rounds booked prior to a GolfPass+ Annual membership lapsing for any reason (other than revocation) may still be modified or cancelled up to the time of play.
• GolfNow reserves the right to revoke the benefits of Tee Time Protection from any golfer who abuses or fraudulently uses the program.
• GolfNow reserves the right to terminate this program at any time, for any reason.
