Mount Xavier Golf Club is a scenic 18 hole. par 70, 5340 metre golf course, which is situated just over an hour away from Melbourne. The course offers much in terms of variety with many holes going through thick pine trees, mature native gum trees and shrubs whilst other holes in open undulating land. Feature holes include the tantilizing 233m 1st, the downhill par 3 14th and the tough 17th 360m par 4 that requires 2 excellent shots to a tiny green. The course provides an enjoyable challenge to all those who take it on.
The greens at Mount Xavier are always in good condition with some steep slopes on the 4th 5th and the 16th. The course offers a nice mix of par 3, 4 and 5 holes. With the addition of a bore and new couch grass tees you can play a rewarding round golf year round.
